Data Entry and Monitoring 

Our system allows for seamless data entry. Users can monitor temperature and humidity levels daily with real-time integration of temperature and humidity sensors. Additionally, the system provides the ability to track final outcomes in relation to fluctuations in temperature and humidity.

All analytics are collected and analyzed for specific time periods to ensure accurate insights.

• Flower Room Analytics: Easily access detailed analytical data on specific strains, with the ability to compare strains based on post-trim results. The system also enables the comparison of different flower rooms based on cultivation performance.
• Dry Room Analytics: Compare dry rooms and receive detailed information on finished products, with suggested drying times based on strain and room averages.

The software conducts a comprehensive performance analysis of each trimmer, evaluating the weight of the trimmed product, including both small and large nugs. Additionally, we track the time each trimmer spends (in minutes) on individual trees to provide detailed analytics and enhance operational efficiency.

Our analysis is further broken down by strain, room, and other relevant factors, allowing us to track performance over time, whether on a daily, monthly, or annual basis.
During the trimming process, we monitor activities in real time, ensuring precise tracking of each tree assigned to a trimmer.

The primary objective of this analytics system is to obtain detailed performance insights to drive efficiency improvements. Based on the data, we can identify underperforming trimmers, allowing for targeted retraining or reassignment.

Employee Badge Information:

Each employee is issued a badge that includes a barcode, photo, and complete personal information.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Tree Weighing: Managers can weigh each tree during the cutting process to gather detailed information and perform analytics.
• Bin Tracking: complete control over the movement of bins from the dry room to storage and then to the trim room, including barcoding and transportation time management.

Restrictions:

• Strain Weighing: Managers are unable to weigh strains that have not been trimmed, which helps prevent errors such as strain mixing.
• Tote Management: Managers can oversee the trimming process in real-time, with the ability to monitor the progress of totes.

The owner has real-time visibility into the current stage of the trimming process. We offer online updates on the number of completed trees/trays. Once a new tree is processed, the previous one is automatically closed.

Automatic reports are generated upon shift completion and sent via email and messenger. A final room report is also automatically generated upon completion.

The system provides a detailed daily list of finished pounds, categorized by day, strain, and size. It maintains a record of remaining partials, categorized by strain and batch.

Additionally, invoices are automatically sent upon job completion for each individual room.

At the end of each work shift, the manager finalizes the report, which is then automatically sent via chatbot to the owner, the grower, and any employees authorized to access it. If needed, all reports can also be sent via email.

We utilize a certified, bench OHAUS scale optimized for weighing valuable Green Goods. This scale enhances efficiency by displaying all weighing data on a single screen and integrates with our software system to prevent data entry errors. Additionally, our system provides real-time monitoring of the weighing process.

Determining the average number of grams per plant, the average time required to trim each plant, and derive a formula to estimate the total trimming time and the total weight trimmed in pounds.
